He was hanging around the University of Oklahoma for a while. I think if he wouldn't have been hired at Ohio or anywhere else, you would have seen him as an assistant on our sidelines. He's a helluva coach and will do a good job, but it's going to take him a few years to weasel some recruits away from you guys and Miami (OH).

Today's Blade reported the base salary is only $240,000.
