This "Orange Bowl" thing you've described (like, it's really ORANGE? Maybe we should be in it instead!!) will it be on ESPN or something?
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

OK I'll bite. I don't think USC had proved as much as OU during the course of the season. Going undefeated is no easy task no matter who you play but USC's only test was Cal. And Cal outplayed them. I think this one will be OU 20 USC 10

Well USC's starting RB hurt his knee as is out of the Orange Bowl. Does that change anything?

I think the guy that got hurt is actually there third string TB. So, no, that will not have an impact.

I don't think having a thread on the Orange bowl means we are not interested or mostly interested in the GMAC bowl.

Given that a common opponent is in the game, it seems topical to me.

Of course, if you like, you can join my College Football Bowl forum, and talk about it there.

As for me, I have been rooting for Bowling Green ever since we faced each other earlier this year. Your QB is an absolute stud with serious poise. But to those who don't care, you'll grow in your understanding of the game and will one day "care" about the point of even playing NCAA Football: the Championship.
One problem with that...the BCS excludes about 50-55 teams for even getting a shot to play for the title....including us. :x

A title we can't win? Gimme the bowl game, let the BCS sort the rest out.

Actually, I think your AD is doing a great job getting your team closer to that game. Scheduling a team like OU and maybe a couple other teams in conferences like the Big 10, ACC, SEC and BigXII for your Non-Conference games is the way a team like BG gets to that game if you run the table.
