From what I have heard from a few sources, as well as somebody who works for the University, the SBX / Myles / Subway and Pita Pit property has been purchased by the University or at least working out final details. The university will be re developing that location. From what I have heard it's going to be Office Space similar to the BGSU 100 building down the street. All leases are up at the end of the year and have not been renewed.

The Greenbriar number is on a sign in the window of SBX. They don't own it (yet). Multiple different people own parcels in that block. Greenbriar owns the building that BGSU 100 was in.
