Anyone gonna buy the fans “ cutouts”? I’m gonna try to get pix of Joyce and me done. For $45 it’s not a bad deal. Heard that OSU was doing them for $125-150 or so.

I'm sure they'll make an exception for the Michigan game.
The only reason there aren't close to 20,000 for each OSU home game is the stupidity of the Big Ten presidents. Even though most states in the conference are allowing some attendance at sporting events like football, there are a few states (like NJ and PA) that are not. So those folks don't feel like they're at a disadvantage, they are forcing everyone to not have fans. Ridiculous and not even scientifically based; the entire decision is emotional and not logical. Why have everyone destroy their athletic programs more, when some of the damage for most schools could be mitigated? Like I said: really dumb. But academicians are used to living in their own world and in an echo chamber; they aren't used to life in the real world like most of us.
It really is vexing to not allow limited fans. You can easily spread them Out. Between being outside and wearing a mask, what’s the problem? Ridiculous really. Players being tested regularly. Positives that come up each test have all shown to be FALSE positives on follow up..... tells you something about the chaos and panic numbers we read daily.....
It’s not my point of view, it’s a fact.

If you just took the normal average attendance and spaced them evenly throughout the stadium you are easily in compliance with the distancing guidelines. Having these games on weeknights would draw even fewer fans. We see limited attendance at other conference games, NFL, baseball and every time my high school has had a home game the stands are AT LEAST 50% full. There is simply no reason at all there can't be some attendance allowed at these games. Maybe the league is mandating no attendance so this year, unlike every other year, when empty stadiums are seen on tv they can cite the attendance policy as a reason why?

We are not capable of attending a game, maybe tailgating, parking, buying a water bottle to the liking And restrictions of the government. They are smarter than us, and they will decide what is best for us, whether we like it or not! We adults or students (paying $20K a year just to be there) cannot be trusted. Free will is not an option.

The MAC is so forward thinking...they scheduled those weeknight games KNOWING a pandemic was going to create the concept of social distancing. we were compliant before anyone knew what to comply with...Pure Genius!!

I am with you... went to a crew game a week ago, 1500 in attendance and might as well have our own section. I am not sure how fans in an open air stadium, spaced away 20 yards pose a danger to the players??!!??

There is a reason, the pandemic is raging and they will all share the same bathrooms and entranceways.

The NFL is doing about 6-12K in Ohio. Not sure why Ohio teams couldn't do a similar percentage.

Will BGSU use the student fees to create a cardbord cutout for all students paying the salaries of coaches and staff?

Yes, they have been almost right, some of the time. About as reliable as the real men of science, meteorologists.

Saying "I'm gonna buy 100% into what an expert says ...no matter how wrong his takes prove to be...because someone else told me to" is so....dumb
