So far as I know, nothing has changed with Meyer. He still has cysts in his brain that cause headaches, and stress still can cause him agonizing pain. His son is still at UC and walking on in football; and his business just expanded to a second site in Columbus; and he's an associated AD for Ohio State. All signs point to him staying put. It's not like he needs the money.

Assuming these huge buyouts are privately funded, otherwise public institutions covering these massive costs is absolutely criminal.

Supposedly Meyer is headed to the NFL and taking over Jacksonville. And likely raiding some staff from OSU. Given the proximity to Gainesville, perhaps he could own some restaurants in two college towns he has previously coached.

I read Marshall is eyeing Byron Leftwich. That would be a coup. Highly unlikely though, even for his Alma Mater, to leave such a good gig right now.

Knowing that it will be a recruiting tool Loeffler will use if he's successful (since he's coached with him at Florida and he was here at BG before) I'm rooting for Urban to have success down there in #DUUUVAL.

I have the utmost respect for Urban Meyer, but I expect this to be a blimp crash. If he makes it 2 full seasons I'll be somewhat surprised.
