I agree that if the Browns can trade down and then get Smith or Rodgers, well, that would be ok. I just don't like taking a risk at #3 because of your aformentioned bust-cap hit scenario.
I know you mentioned him before. And I have actually seen a mock draft that had the Browns picking him at #3.
