Indy is crazy with their gas prices. It follows the basic "weekend hike" plan, but they throw in some crazy changes early in the week on occasion too. I think it was on a Tuesday when prices ranged from 1.98 to 2.40 in a 3 hour span.

I'm not a draft expert, nor do I claim to play one on the Internet, but I think Vince Young needs to prove alot more with his arm to make the NFL. Without having his "vitals" in front of me, it seems like he falls in the category that Harris landed in -- Nice numbers, but you're a runner first.

As for the others coming out theory... if Omar is already projected this high and has another season like last, I don't think very many underclass QB's will pop on the radar ahead of him.

I predict that Omar get's gas.

I say we live-for-the-now. I'm anticipating a great season and whatever happens after the season may be discussed at such a time.

Right now some draft "experts" have Omar behind Chris Leak and Vince Young in the 2007 draft...so if those guys came out after this season who knows. Especially with Urban coaching Leak this coming season...

That is why they play the games though...we will know much more after the season gets under way and a ton more once the season is over.

Amen brother. Everytime one of these threads pops up about Omar leaving, or Brandon taking another job after the season, I can't wait for this year to hurry up and get here, then take about 6 years to go by.

I hadn't seen that. In fact, I didn't even know they were looking ahead to 2007. Man, some people really DON'T have anything better to do! I still would be shocked if Omar was behind those two, unless they won a national title and were the "hot name" heading into the draft. The hype is too huge now, if he puts up another big year and sticks around for a senior season, it would be astronomical.

Not a problem. While this topic does come up alot, there always ends up being different arguments and different angles that keep it lively. Without throwing this thread on a completely different tangent, if we're going to drag through the offseason talking about the same things, I'd rather have it be about stuff on the field rather than attendance issues or Ohio State. :D

Yeah...I had no idea that the Doyt could hold over 30,000 people...

Funny, I didn't attend to many games while I was in school, except for B-ball. Remember watching us beat Ohio State in Columbus...THAT WAS GREAT!!!

Almost got my butt kicked a few times that night.

I can give you all a lesson/insight into gas prices some time if you are interested.

No scorn at all from me. My dad was a Nuclear engineer for years. Actually I was curious because a very good friend works there. She's a BG grad as well.

I'm not sure if learning about gas pricing won't just depress me more.

I purposely use as much gas as possible because I think all this hysteria about gas prices is a media created event. They just want you to THINK you're paying over $2.00 a gallon.
