We had our annual leadership retreat a few weeks back and we had a consultant make a great presentation. It basically showed that newspaper Web sites are almost all (and by almost, I mean almost 90% of them) profitable and that papers the size of the Sentinel are profitable at an even higher rate.

It amazes me how many people are in business, but not in the game.
