I played online a bit last year and it was a great time, but BG was terrible. It was very difficult to compete against the best teams except the absolute worst players. I was in a league and won 2 games against Purdue & WVU, and lost bad against most other teams.

I just decided to log into EA again for the first time (I have dialup, so its not quite as attractive to me). I found a game with relative ease and before I know it I'm playing against Texas. Wow. BG is MUCH improved in this game in comparison to the powers. I was able to have some time in the pocket, with the OL getting a little credit. Our WRs are all very good, and best of all was that Texas' nickleback was TERRIBLE. As a result Chuck Sharon was a big time mismatch and had a big day, including a 77 yard TD pass on a 3rd & 37...lol (a couple sacks & penalties :().

Nearing the end I was up 21-9 only to have the loser disconnect w/ about 2:00 to go in the 4th quarter. Pansy. Oh well, it was a good game and a big win for me :)

best way to move into the list for the loudest most hostile places to play seems to be going to the stadiums that are ranked high on there, and winning...convincingly if possible, it pumps up the home fans to go to your games even more, which in turn makes your home field even more hostile...basically, schedule 2 non conference games (3 if you have a smaller conference) as road games against the top 2 or top 4 hostile environments. G'luck.

Kids...put the PS2 and Xbox aside for a moment and go out and play before this happens to you...

Thanks Flip. Now I will have images of a mutant naked fat woman that has physically become one with her couch dancing through my head all day. :finga:
