Who's planning on going to the Miami game?

Those who get to Oxford early should enjoy the town. It's trying real hard to become a generic/chain town, but there's still plenty of college town charm. The Bagel/Deli shop is great and the bars range from scummy (Hole in the Wall) to relatively clean (Brick Street). And yes the campus is beautiful.

Also, there's a breed of MU student that's very visible and that's the A & F, BMW kid who discovers Dave Matthews and lets his hair get slightly shaggy, puts on a mesh hat, wears Birkenstocks and little shell necklaces and buys enormous colorful wool sweaters made in Guatemala: sorta deadhead lite. They're all over O-town like squirrels jabbering about Jason Mraz and John Mayer.

One thing both BG students and MU students need to do is to stop ruining perfectly good booze by polluting it with Red Bull.
