You mean 80 guys don't all get along? How's that possible?

It's more like 105 guys. Frankly, I'd be concerned if there weren't some issues. Nobody wants contentment on a losing team.BGDrew wrote:You mean 80 guys don't all get along? How's that possible?
Oh...FWIW, NIU has lost FOUR assistants this year and WMU has lost THREE.

The team quit on Brandon last year. That's a major problem. Major problem was also the phrase that kept popping up around the program last year. We'll all believe what we want to believe. Some people have more faith and patience than I. No biggie -- that's a good thing.
Rumors to some, first-hand testimony to others.transfer2BGSU wrote:...there are rumors.Jacobs4Heisman wrote:... and multiple rumored chemistry problems in the locker room....

J4H, I think I am on your side of this discussion, but I still haven't seen/read any first hand evidence of the problems in the locker room. If someone could share, then it would give the argument more validity.Jacobs4Heisman wrote:Rumors to some, first-hand testimony to others.transfer2BGSU wrote:...there are rumors.Jacobs4Heisman wrote:... and multiple rumored chemistry problems in the locker room....

Meh, I'm not going to share on these boards specifics about what I've heard from people still inside the situation. Like I said, people can choose to believe whatever they like, and combine that with what they see to come to semi-intelligent conclusions about what's going on. I don't even believe some of the stuff I've heard about the situation. There are no unbiased insiders. Not too many unbiased outsiders either.
I've heard enough to believe that something bad is/was going on. When I combine that with the craptastic crappiness I've seen on the field/heard from the head coach, I don't get fuzzy feelings inside thinking about the next couple years. Well, I get some fuzzy feelings, but I think that's mostly the whiskey.
