Markray and Parks might get a shot as UDFAs. That was their best bet going forward anyways. I don't think we had anyone on last year's team who was draft-worthy, so I'm not surprised.eRichFalcon wrote:And its over. Time to keep an eye open for some undrafted Falcon Free Agents...
Good luck to them, I hope they find homes where they'll be given a good shot to compete.

Actually after I asked you the question, I went ahead and started looking for some info
http://www.nfl.com/draft/analysis/indiv ... kouts#bgsu would seem to suggest that, with a 40 times around 5 seconds, Parks is too slow at 260ish lbs.
White's speed would seem more acceptable in the 4.5-4.6 range http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/pr ... pyid=16256, but in the 220 -230 lb range and well under 6', he's too much a tweener. Too slow for safety, but too small for a LB

Wow, that 40 time for Parks is SLOW. For a man his size he might be hard pressed to even find someone willing to bring him to camp.
His best role is a tweener/pass rusher, but with that speed I doubt he'll be able to rush the passer well in the NFL. I wonder what is first 10 yard split is on that time...that's usually a better indication for pass rushers than the entire 40. How much explosiveness off the ball, etc.
As bad as our team was last year, I'd be surprised if anybody made it on an NFL roster...nobody stood out to me, really. The best player on our team last year was Kory L, and we've got him back another year.

Yes that is probably true. I would think the best possible chances would be if Terrel would be able to carve out his niche on ST somewhere, similar to my boy Brendan Ayanbadejo, who's about his size.
Markray is absolutely huge, but if I claimed to really be able to distinguish skill from on OL to the nextl, I'd be lying, so I'm not really one to say what might happen to him. I'm sure someone will take a flyer on him though, hopefully he can at least hang around a practice squad this year or something.

MACMAN
I think the browns drafted out real well this...god i cant believe I said that, but its true.
i dont think Romeo is a great coach as hes been floundering..but ya know...maybe hes just needed the right people for his system. these guys and the guys on that roster are all good, I will say this is Romeos last shot to show some sign of life, the team cant aford to let him eff around anymore, esp with all that talent.
looks my favorite two teams...Pitt and clevland could get real interesting again...bout time.
