The single stream thing seems insane for them, and probably a deal breaker for me. Although the fact that it includes ESPN3 may sway me towards it. I'm not paying $40 for it though, so I might sit back and see if they open it up to at least 2 simultaneous streams. Pretty ridiculous that you cannot run 2 TVs at once. Or if I'm at the gym and streaming to my phone, my wife cannot watch TV at home? That single stream limitation really hurts this as a true alternative to cable...makes it more of an add on to an existing cable subscription. And if that's the case the $20/month is too high...
