Re: Past and Future Opponents (& MAC Talk)
Ohio beat Miami so they remain in the driver's seat in the East. Toledo defeated Ball State and they can clinch the West tonight if NIU defeats WMU. EMU became bowl eligible as well after taking down Akron. Chris Creighton has quietly built a solid program there in Ypsilanti.

It's going to be Ohio vs Toledo in the MACC, and Ohio is going to win it.

Re: Past and Future Opponents (& MAC Talk)
Scenarios for the MAC East as we head into the final week and a half of the regular season:
Ohio - win vs. BGSU & clinch
BGSU - win vs. Ohio & one Buffalo loss
Buffalo - win vs. Akron/Kent & BGSU beats Ohio
In the case of a three-way tie, Buffalo would win the tiebreaker due to a better divisional record. Bulls play Akron on the 19th and Kent on the 26th. Ohio & BGSU play each other on the 22nd, so if BGSU wins on Tuesday all eyes will be on Buffalo.
Bulls will likely be playing Akron on Saturday in the middle of a lake effect snowstorm as well.
