Since potatos grow under the ground, would it be accurate to say anyone "raises" them?

I am taking Bleeding Orange's Orange colored glasses with me to Boise and I am going to wear them to watch the Falcons win.

How much will we score? Enough to win.

We will break out of the 3rd quarter doldrums and BGSU fans will faint in front of numerous TV's.

Falconboy, I will do my best to cheer loudly and bring you home the victory you expect! :)

This game should live up to the "shoot out" billing it is being given.

BGSU 49
Smurfs 45

Omar throws for 450 yds, 5 tds.

After reading Nick's pick - with PJ being doubtful - and if indeed he doesn't play, I see no way that we can win this game. Hope and pray I'm wrong, however without that key element (PJ"S running and catching), seeing our first two defensive efforts (allowed Lynch to have a "breakout game") and realizing BSU's imminent level of passion for this game (first home game, needing to prove to everyone in the college football world that they are indeed for real), I predict:
Smurfs: 56
Falcons: 38 (Frye kicks a field goal :D )

I was at the Brandon show last night. He said that PJ is ready to go!

No wait, that's the number of points scored in each quarter... with a total of BG 154 to Boise 142... right?

That's ridiculous -- these teams would need at least........1 overtime to get to those point totals

If Boise State holds BG to 7 points in the second half, I'll eat a bug. No wait, since it's Boise State, make that a potato bug.

its not Boise holding us to 7pts in the 2nd half. its our own bad coaching and stupidity aka turnovers that cause us to score only 7pts. see Wisconsin '05, OSU '03, Miami '03 twice, Toledo '04, NIU '04, for similar 2nd half letdowns in both O and D.

My prediction?

BG heads out to Boise, plays a tight, competitive game, a complete game, and wins by a few points.

Then, this Saturday morning, Coach Brandon invites everyone like this guy ^^^^^^ over to watch college football and enjoy a nice large cup of STFU!
