Thanks Tek. I agree. Is this embarrassing on a national stage? For sure. But let's all take a step back and take a deep breath. Did anyone think we'd be bowling this season? Probably not. s**t happens. I think we look solid for next season.

Evangelistic Militia Unit- they were a regional power back in the twenties.

Ah, it was 1920... and it was against "Michigan Normal", which became EMU. I don't know why I split them apart, except that's how it is in the media guide.

OSU could get killed by the same margin tomorrow night and I would not be on here throwing the temper tantrums that some on here are throwing.

You can't let it get to you. There is nothing that any of us can do about what happens in the game. You can be down a little bit, but not to the level I am seeing here tonight.

It is kind of ridiculous.

You were at that game, right? In '35.

I had been out of school for several years and had raised my first family, had just gotten married to my second wife and drove the Hudson up from Lima for the big event. I like to tell my great-great-great grandkids about that game over a bowl of oatmeal.

The entire team looked dismal, confused and even intoxicated at times (SMITH), but I will say that this lose was a team and coaching staff combined effort.

After Sheehans hard work on getting a couple of hard first downs, I thought the other players would get a boost from it! But that just didn't happen. The month off, lack of discipline, poor play calling, great field position avg. for Tulsa and poor officiating was a reflection of the score.

Can we come back from this poor performance? YES! (After watching BG play for the first time this year and comparing whom we've played all year...)
I dont belive this answer is anywhere near plausible! It doesn't help any that our schedule next season is more arduous than 07!

It would be best to schedule cupcake teams and hope to breeze through a season to get some inflated recognition from the big networks. From the looks of our schedule next season, I'd be suprised to see 5 wins.

OMFG! Are you kidding me? 5 wins? How fu**ing negative can you get? We're MAC champs next season. Quit being such a gloomy-gus.
Dude, seriously, you suck. You must be getting a little too high up there in the elevation. Come out to the coast and get some fresh ocean air. It clears the brain. Sounds like you need it.

This was the ultra worst game that I have ever seen BG play and I've been around for a long time. They proved last night that they are not a very good football team and that the MAC in general sucks! Can anybody name one team that BG beat with a winning record? Tulsa was an extremely well coached, disciplined ball club with speed to burn. And the difference in reaction and speed became more and more apparent as the game went on. BG's defensive backs could not keep up with Tulsa's receivers (one of BG's defensive players looked like he was swimming in molasses all night) and BG's running backs looked like they were running with ankle wts. And where was the "granite" wall last night? They got off to a good start as Sheehan had all day to throw, but as the game wore on, they seemed to let up ---- the Tulsa defensive crew ran right through 'em. Anyway, it was an ugly exibition of football. I hope things get better next year, but I won't hold my breath. Bradon needs to recruit speed, but I'm not certain that he understands that.

Well, that sucked. That is the first scoreboard I have ever seen running faster than my electricity meter.

I found myself strangely compelled to watch this horror story unfold. I didn't go to bed until after 4:00am or something like that, so I was glad my 10:00am site visit phoned in to rearrange.

So. What shall we do today, everyone? I'm sending out a bunch of bills. Someone is going to pay for this. I understand Cunard's QE2 and Queen Victoria just left Southampton and are steaming to New York for a historic trip. That should please NWLB.
