Yep...you can sign more than 25...for example, you could sign 29. You just need to get four of them to enroll on their own or sit tight until January 2021 and you count them with that class

Re: 2020 Recruiting Class
I do not know the rules, but someone said any early enrollees can be counted against open spots from the previous years class. So, they signed 20 in 2019, so that could open 5 spots if they weren’t used internally for Walk ons? Also two went in early last year, so that could be as many as 7, if we can get seven to enroll early. Lots of chess pieces and complicated. We will know how many, come February I guess . Also heard an Ed’s RB may be coming too!
It’s not my point of view, it’s a fact.

Joey Formani, RB from St. Ed's has announced his commitment. He was named Cleveland.com's best of the best this year at running back.

Re: 2020 Recruiting Class
As of this morning...247 has us at #1 in the MAC. Nice headline...but we won't really know for a year or two how good this class is.
We have to Lakewood St Ed's coming in....be great to establish a pipeline to that place. Particularly for linemen

I think ratings are based upon TOTAL points of all commits.. we have five more kids listed than WMU for example, so they show less points now.

Re: 2020 Recruiting Class
It's based on points...so yeah...quantity matters. In the sense that we need bodies and most of the kids we have coming in are *** players, I'm good with that. More good athletes entering the program means it's a better class. I accept that logic.Class of 61 wrote:I think ratings are based upon TOTAL points of all commits.. we have five more kids listed than WMU for example, so they show less points now.

Re: 2020 Recruiting Class
We could lose a couple of our higher ranked commits as the days whittle down. We've commented here before on Gazarek but the big fellow Kaden Moore has received an offer from VATech with 247 predicting a signing there.

Re: 2020 Recruiting Class
He was Ed’s leading ground gainer, best RB from what I’ve heard. You’re right :: Pipeline to Ed’s would be good start for BG in NE Ohio. We used to have one with Mentor, but only had one this year , Nico Lautenan.roguewarrior wrote:He is grey shirting I believe. I know I’ve said it many times before, but look at history of Falcon FB and you’d see most successful BG teams have heavy influence of NE Ohio kids.

Tough losses, but no unreasonable. If you have a P5 offer, it's hard to pass that up to come here for a rebuild.

Re: 2020 Recruiting Class
The next couple days will be nervewracking for the coaches. Hopefully there aren't any other losses. Still shaping up to be an impressive class.

Tough on coaches, but late pressure on kids is even more.
