We’re awful. This is just so, so bad. Just no excuse for it anymore.

Fire up the coaching search thread again, Globe. For real this time.

Where I would agree with the consternation is that too often we try to go some RB by committee when it's clear Stewart is so talented. Hell he's only had 173 carries in his career and the GT game is the only time he's gone over 12 this season.
I actually think your first sentence is dead on. In college and HS for that matter, you can absolutely be a championship team with a RB as your star. As defenses get smaller to combat air raid offenses, a power running attack can be even deadlier in todays game

This is the same officiating crew that kicked out Loeffler at Buffalo in 2021.

I have been watching a lot of FCS and Montana St runs a ton but they do all kinds of interesting things. They will put 2 QBs in the backfield. Both can run or pass. They will do lots of RPOs including sweeps where the QB can just throw it or run it. The QBs can hand off to eachother. I don't know if it would work with faster guys but it would at least be fun to try. They play Cal Poly tonight on ESPN plus

This is disgustingly weak football, but BG leads 17-7 so I’m not gonna complain too much.

Keep going.
