Our defense is not respecting NIU's downfield pass at all with how much we are attacking the line. NIU has given us no reason to respect the downfield pass. At some point in the second half, they should take a shot downfield off play action. At least that's what I would do. We've got their ground game bottled up and that is not likely to change.

That's pretty much the only way they get back into the game...if they hit a deep ball for a touchdown, or at the very least a long gain that sets up a touchdown a few plays later.

I've become spoiled by our ability to dominate. We're up 21-0 and I feel unsettled. I'd love to see us come out and get a stop and score again. Our foot is on their throat, now it's time to step on it.
