Who Wants a Brown Football Jersey?

It is my football helmets that are setting me back...I have 6 authentic football helmets right now.. making a bar in my finished basement for football watchihg parties. Collecting Big ten, MAC and AFC (NFL) football helmets. So far got BG, OSU, Wisconsin, Miami, Akron, New England Patriots.

Those are about 150-200 each but they sure decorate my basement nicely

I kind of figured that, I know you guys have been changing your logo, fonts, etc. The point is that replica hockey jerseys can be made available if there is sufficient interest.

If they could be accurately numbered and logoed (logoed?) I would definately be interested - depending on price, of course.

I might be interested in a brown jersey, similar to what was worn in the slUT game. Are the jersey's sewn-on or press-on? That could make a huge difference in price and value.

Also, regarding hockey jerseys, I wouldn't buy any until the Reebok deal is finalized and the new official jerseys are released.

I'm doing this with mini-helmets. I'm purchasing the opponents who I have seen BG play away from the Doyt.

Yes, Nike is the current supplier for the Falcon hockey team. I don't know firsthand of any plans to switch to Reebok in the future, but I don't have any real sources either. I do know that Reebok has redesigned the NHL jerseys for next season. They are supposed to be similar to the Nike Swift jerseys in use at the Olympics.

In the meantime, the current hockey jerseys are available at the Ice Arena skate shop now. I just picked one up a couple of weeks ago. Both home and away are available. Last years are still available at SBX.

I don't think there's any plans at all for the jerseys to be re-designed for the hockey team. I believe the poster was alluding to Reebok's new deal with the NHL.

The numbers/letter would be silkscreened -- not sewn on nor heat tranfer.

I know this is slightly off topic, but does anyone else think the Brown Jersey's would look pretty sweet with the white pants? I think I might like it even better than the Brown/Orange combo they wore against Toledo.

The Skate shop has the 2005-2006 season jerseys in stock. They have the LT as the primary logo on the whites and the new Bowling Green font on the roads. They are roughly $80. I believe they also have the 1984 white throwbacks.

Just for clarification, I know of no plans to change BGSU's sweaters. I only know of the NHL's deal with Reebok.

BTW, I agree that white pants would look sweet with the brown FB jerseys.

Dayons Den or RangerRocket -- Any word on these Brown jerseys? I tried to go into the Falconstore website that was referenced in earlier posts and it didn't appear to take me to the appropriate site. Dayons, have you heard anything else? Michelle and I got our tax refund check and I'm ready to purchase a couple of these for us.
