Nick Vandelay to officiate spring practices

Vandelay wrote:I am attending a NCAA football officials camp this week at Michigan State - from there, crews will be sent to 12 different participing schools to work their spring practices. These schools include ND, UM, MSU, the Michigan MAC schools, BG and the Michigan GLIAC schools. My assignment on Saturday morning (10:30am) is at BGSU. I am scheduled to be the side judge for this scrimmage (back row - visitors side).
I, personally, think this his pretty cool. We should all cheer when he throws a flag.....then complain because he's donning a UT color.

That is pretty cool. By the way, he wouldn’t happen to be related to Art Vandelay would he? If so, maybe he can get us a deal on a videoboard you can actually see. He could have Art export our old one and import a new one from Vandelay Industries.

Actually his last name isn't Vandelay.

Nick does a great job covering MAC sports. He's arguable one of the best MAC proponents there is. So, yes, I will be cheering for a UT grad.
