Spring Game --- Anybody Tailgating?

Post by MACReport »

My wife and I are planning to drop in on BG's spring game this weekend. Not as official MAC Report Online media types for a change.

Is anybody tailgating or would like to meet? Always enjoy chatting MAC football with fans from around the MAC and I like to compare spring game settings versus other schools and how others do it. Last year we attended EMU and WMU. We attended EMU's game last week.

Anyway, just let us know where and when and we would be happy to meet up with anybody if interested. Thanks!

LOL...you don't know us too well yet do ya?

Yeah, we'll be tailgating. Our usual area is in the parking lot that is East of the Stadium. We are in the far north part of that lot, in the grass by the only hill in BG :)

We'll be drinking, deep frying, grilling, and generally having a good time. You're more than welcome, especially if you wanted to bring some food to share. Stop on by, the group always enjoys discussing MAC sports!

My dreams of getting over for the spring game were dashed.

My chilli will have to wait for another time.....yet again.

As early as possible.

I don't know yet if we're heading to Huron the night before or just driving up Sat AM. If we're driving up Sat, I hope to be there no later than 10. That means we need to leave a little before 8.

I hope we go to Huron the night before...We can leave at 8-8:30 and be there no later than 9:30.

The Freak's grill will be fired up ready to go....

The game kicks off at noon. Yeah I'll be there tailgating, as will many others. I'll be there around 10 or so, maybe earlier. Can't wait for saturday!!!

I'll probably shoot for 9, but not sure whether I'll actually make it that early :) I'll have the fryer and a keg of homebrew...not sure what I'll be drinking or cooking just yet. Not sure if I'll have a grill or not, with freak having his, I may not need it :)

Dude, my Chilli is so good that it won first, second, and third at a chilli cookoff last year (out of 14 entries).

And I'm not kidding.
