Recruiting and the Spring Game

If everything runs true to form, there will be recruits at the Spring Game and there may be some verbals. Finally, we can actually point to the Sebo Center as a selling point for future Falcon athletes.

So, for those who attend the game, keep your eye out for recruits.

Also, there may be some news stemming from the President's Reception for Sebo Center donors.

I don't expect to hear anything about a new Convocation Center until the Spring Game and the President's Reception are over. But I wouldn't be surprised to see some breaking news before long.

I have a feeling that BG is trying to get some kind of committment for public funds to go along with private funding.

While there will be some recruits at the game and probably some offers, getting a good recruit to commit(verbally) to BG this early would be shocking.

There have been verbals made during the Spring Game weekend. For example, Hartmom posted on this forum that her son verballed at that time.

Of course, that doesn't mean that the verbals will be made public.

Remember the school can make no comment on any recruit. Anything you see about committments comes from the player(s). Of course, NOTHING is binding till signing day next Feb.
