Falcons Golf Towel for Comment

Hey Falcons:

The website (www.thefalconstore.com) is being developed.

Here's a golf towel that we'd like your thoughts and comments on. I understand that the design has already been approved by BGSU. We are in the process of doing the same thing for Toledo. Our logo is more difficult to work with as it is wider than it is tall. The BG logo is more symmetrical.

This is a high-quality, woven terry-cloth towel (color pattern is woven, as opposed to the colors being silkscreened onto a brown towel).

16" x 24" in size with a clip to attach the towel to your golf bag stitched into the top seam.

Would likely retail in the $15 range.

I think the fact that this design has already been approved seems to support the notion that BG is pushing to use this logo on new merchandise. I think it will become increasing hard to find new merchandise with the old logo.

Sad to hear. Towel looks good. Say, any chance of a Falcon bandana?

It would be great if it had the BGSU logo on it, and not the hack job. Is the BGSU logo one avail?

That's the first time I've ever seen anyone say they want the campus logo on anything. And to compare the retail Falcon logo to a BGSU logo...that's just uncouth.

Personally, I'm starting to like the retail Falcon. To everyone, accept it and it will grow on you!!

Yup, that's the idea.....more and more acceptance....transition is happening.....less and less of the traditional logo.....their evil plan is working.....

I'd buy one right away. Anyone know where I could get an actual golf bag with BGSU on it? I think the bookstore had them a while ago, any idea on whether they have them now or not?

I was in the market for a new golf bag a few weeks ago. I was looking at all the golf websites but then ended up looking at Wal Mart one night. found a decent bag that was ORANGE and decided the search was over. No BG logo, but if I get the towell, it will look sweet.

Creason has had some sweet ones before. Pricey, but sweet.
