Hotel Advice for Wisconsin Game

Hey all, I wanted to start getting some planning in for the game Sept 2nd. I'm looking for a hotel that would be within walking distance to both the stadium and a couple of bars. Not really huge on dance clubs, but I should be travelling with a few ladies so I'm sure I'll get roped into that. A friend of mine suggested the Holiday Inn closest to Browns Stadium. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

the holiday inn is a good choice. if you're using a website, try using the convention center as a landmark. other hotels in the area are the marriott key center, the crown plaza (nee sheraton), and a couple blocks back is the hyatt at the old arcade. that's about as far away as i'd go.

Yes, the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites, Cleveland- Downtown, 629 Euclid Avenue is good. We have a suite booked for Sat. night...5-6 people going as of now.

that's a different hotel. it's closer to gateway (the jake and the q) than it is browns stadium. the holiday inn select on lakeside (i believe...maybe it's st. clair) is closer to the stadium.

We will be staying at the Falcon Nest in Green...a very nice 3 bedroom location about 40 min from downtown Cleveland. The room rates are very cheap and there is always beer in the fridge in the sports den/bar.
