Heidi Marie Romer, a daughter of Debbie and Larry Romer of Glen Cove, N.Y., was married last evening to Cole Brice Magner, a son of Cynthia and Randy Magner of Palmer, Alaska. The bridegroom's father, an elder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, officiated at the Glen Cove Mansion Hotel and Conference Center.

Mrs. Magner, 22, and Mr. Magner, 23, met at Bowling Green University, from which they graduated, she this May.

The bride was a co-captain of the university's women's tennis team during her senior year. Her father works in Syosset, N.Y., as the vice president and the general manager of Southern Wines and Spirits, a distributor based in Miami.

The bridegroom is a wide receiver with the Atlanta Falcons football team. His father retired as a gym teacher and football coach at Colony High School in Palmer.

4th & 13 on PU 32yd line.. 56,000 fans up on their feet screaming, i held my breath the entire play trying to make as little noise as possible.. wouldnt u know Sharon would make the biggest touchdown catch in the history of BG Football, FALCON UP!

Congratulations to Cole. Hopefully he'll stick with the ATL this season. I saw them together around campus quite a bit 2 years ago and might I add, Heidi is quite a gorgeous girl.
