Freak, great job!!!!! That article really got me excited for BG football this year, I needed that. I've had so much going on this summer, getting married August 20th, I guess I just haven't had that same excited feeling for BG football I've had that past 4 or 5 years, but that article got me back on track. Can't wait to see you and the family this fall!!! Rock on Little Suzy!!!!!

CONGRATS on getting married. You and TG1996 should do a dual ceremony. My prayers are with you guys for a long, healthy marriage.

Looking forward to the season, as always. We'll be in the hunt for not only the East title, but the MAC title as well. I firmly believe that. There isn't the pressure of last year's preseason hype and lots of folks have written us off already. I like that. Bring it on!

Couple of things:

1. When is Michael NOT pumped up? Gads. When it comes to BG football he's an A.D.D. six year old with a triple dose of methamphetamines and a sixer of red bull.

2. You really need to write more and make money doing it. Very nicely done.

I've got plans of making it to the Sept. 9 game for certain. Will definitely get after it pretty hard that afternoon as I am not sure if we'll be back for any more. . .

Ummm...that sounds about right. 44 days to go...this time is flying by. BTW, at my new job in Twinsburg, there is a girl named Kristen that went to BG from 1997-2001....oh, and a ton of Buck$ fans. Should make for an interesting time come Oct 7th.

Sweet DD!!!! That's a 6pm kickoff and, since my class reunion weekend is during the Kent game and I can't TG that day, it will be so cool to see you and Betsy for an extended period. I wanna get to the Doyt about 1pm that day.....Mrs. Freak will say "Isn't 3pm early enough"? No dear, not when there are only 4 games at the Doyt. Of course if we had 6 that wouldn't be early enough.

Just got a chance to read the column. Very nicely done Freak. Football season all over the country is so close to getting started. From HS, to college, to the pros, everyone is gearing up for the year- I Love it!
