Does anybody here have the numbers for the Falcon freshmen? I want to create the freshmen on NCAA 07 to make it as realistic as possible.

I don't think the Freshmen will have numbers assigned until Summer Camp opens...and they are subject to change. Look for the numbers at that time.

I'm pretty sure the rosters are set at the maximum amount allowed.

Freshman have not been assigned numbers yet, but will get them during camp. Just a quick update on the freshman....Did you know that the entire freshman class has been on campus since June 25? They have been taking 6 hours of summer school and have been running/lifting as a group on a regular basis and have had opportunities to interact with the upperclassmen. This should put them in great shape for camp and for their fall semester. I think that it was a smart idea to bring them in early. Not only do they get a chance to develop some strong study habits, but they get some time to bond as a team. Do many other D1 programs bring their entire freshman class in for summer school or is BG ahead of the game on this one?

This is a great thing to do, it all helps in being prepared better for the season.

Want to make a not to people out there who may not have figured this out yet, but it appears as though only the "big schools" have their freshman on their roster don't know how that is but they apparently do , as for us ole BG people we don't get em in the game but have to wait till the following year or version to get the freshman who would then be rs freshman. NCAA does give a bigger roster this year of 70 players opposed to only 65 last year. But it does suck that we dont get our freshman recruits in the game but OSU or Michigan will.

I changed the kickers in the game to reflect our incoming floridians and by their h.s. numbers I made Ellis #13 and Rojas #20. For whatever that is worth.

Ellis wore #10 all four years of HS. I wonder how tied Goodwin is to it...?

SInce 10 was taken I made him 13 since that was the closest available number.

It's pretty much always been the fact that only the best recruits get put into the game. In the past BG has had 1 or 2 of the incoming freshmen make it, but we got none this year. Even the big schools don't get their entire classes in the game, usually only the 5-10 highest profile guys.

Like Dayon, I edited the returning kickers to make them Big Bird & Rojas. I also added DJ Young, because there were similarly ranked recruits at UM and other schools that were in the game. So I created him based of listed measurables, and made him slightly worse than the guys that were already in the game, but ranked similarly by recruiting services.

I wish I had created Glaud/Sheehan as well, because Turner broke his collarbone and has been out for the last 5-6 games. Then Barnes got hurt in the first half of the Akron game. Luckily Hunter came up HUGE with a couple big time completions late in the fourth and Big Bird nailed the FG for a 31-28 win.

Every single school does this and has been doing this for the past few years. I doubt this is the first time it has happened at BG.

Not every school has the entire class in at the same time. Most schools get them in at different times, starting from January & March for the early enrollees, and going through summer at different points.

For example, a kid I know isn't reporting at BSU (frosh) until August 15th or 16th.

It's kind of rare to have the whole freshman class here this early.

Well I'm ready for them to pick their damn numbers so that I can start playing my dynasty on NCAA '07. Anyone know when they will be released? Until then I'll be playing the new campus legend mode...
