According to the MACReportOnline season preview he is out with academic issues. Anyone else heard this?

So, I guess it's true. Really too bad.NOTES: The Falcons report Aug. 4 and fall camp starts the next day. … Brandon said sophomore running back Bobby Thomas is academically ineligible and is not on the roster. Last season Thomas played in nine games and had 183 yards rushing.
As much as I'd like to see us get a premiere athlete put on defense, if the kid's best position is RB, that's where we should put him.
