I had never seen this picture before, I ran across it while looking for a really good picture of Doyt Perry and also one of Gregg Brandon. If you have any high quality pictures of either of them let me know.

I have provided the link to the historical society document where I found it.

I've seen that somewhere and forgot about it, but it should make picking him out of those old basketball team pics a little easier...

Does this mean you've been officially sucked into the BG trap, Spart??? I mean, giving Snakeman a lift is one thing, but looking up old DLP pics!?!?!?

I also have some pics of Doyt, as he and my father played together for a couple of years at BG and werer good friends. I will see if I can dig up the old scrapbook and scan them.

I guess I have now been completely taken in. I want to get some good pictures to create an NCAA cover of coaches. Doyt and Brandon. I've seen some really nice ones and I think we need one.

I remember when I ran cross country for Kent State (sorry). We came to BG for a meet. I saw the falcon head and didn't realize what it was at first. Hope I didn't offend anyone with that comment. But now I imbrace the simple logo and I like it a ton better than the new one.

Running cross country for Kent gave a whole new meaning to the words "Golden Flashes" .... It was great to be in the MAC, I must admit.

Also, when I pledged Delta Tau Delta, we made our pledge trip to BG. Don't hold the DTD thing against me.

Damn, I didn't realize all that Corey had to overcome in his life.

Spart,
You're a good dude...and a Falcon. At least ya didn't run CC for that school up north!

TG,
That pic of Doyt is used in the "Doyt Perry: Coach For Life" video.
