From your team page, click "edit pick set info".

I've never done anything like this before, so I might need help on how to pick or what not. Heck I didnt even have a yahoo account, but I just created one and am looking forward to playing this!

Yup -- you just pick based on the spread and you get 1 point for every correct pick.

They won't start posting the line until Monday next week. They update it for the first three days of the week, then it holds for the game.
