I hope this works out. I had such high hopes for Winovich when we got him, but he just hasn't been an impact player.

My dad works at The Blade and I had a chance to talk to Maureen yesterday since she was in while my dad and I had to get some stuff...she told me BG's going to open up some eyes early on in the season, and said she hopes Winovich will help add another dimension to the offense...it's gonna be a bit strange seeing a FB in the backfield...but if helps the team win and improves the offense, I'm all for it.

Really? I never knew that, small world indeed. My dad works nights, so if your sister and her husband are on dayside, I don't think he'll know who they are. Hopefully they can get the whole union rubbish settled.

I hope so. I think most of us pretty much expected this year to be a sort of an "unknown" season for BG after all the losses (both games and players from last year). But with as disappointing as last year was, I'm actually hoping for a lot more this year. That might be wishful thinking, but if we can be picked to win it all and fall short, why not be picked to fall short and win it all.
