AHHHAHAHHA. I am in Columbus and have to listen to lame ass Buckeyes football all day..."We have the best Defensive line" "Ted Ginn and his 800 yards receiving should win a heisman." It drives me crazy. Give me some educated fans to talk to. PLEASE. The fact that OSU is number one means one thing. It is a horrible year for College Football in terms of having a really good team. OSU returns, at most 10 starters! TEN. And is the best team in the country. please.

You should listen to it. It'll give you more to talk to when you're tailgating with them instead of heading to a BG game this fall.

They do not enjoy it when I try to convince them they are not as good as they think. When i told them that BG would have beat them the year they barely beat Marshall you would have thought I told a christian Jesus was make beleive.

The best days in Columbus are the Mondays following Buckeye Losses... you would've thought the president had died the way these people act.

I overstated, OSU has 9 returning starters.

I forgot they had 2 lineman drafted. They lost 4 guys on offense last year.

Has any team ever had more wins in a season then starters returning? That would be a nice trivia question

Tekekini: OSU is amazing. We originiall were gonna play the Steelers forour 12th game, but Cowher declined, saying that they thought they could run the table this season and didn't want to get an L in Columbus. Man I love coming in and adding no information when people don't want me here."

the number of returning starters is all you want to look at?

You want to look at 9 returning starters and think your an expert? the "experts" overwhelmingly see OSU as a much better team than you can comprehend. Thats OK. You can doubt them, I guess you will be one who is suprised at the end of the year.

You want to talk about returning starters or lack thereof then look at BG. They basically have a whole new offense and the defense? well BG never had a defense.

look at your own team and their lack of returning starters with a less than significant amount of talent stepping into the starting role than OSU will be putting in to their starting roles.

Teams like OSU do not rebuild, they reload. Read the reports, read the articles and decide for yourself. Everything clearly states that this years defense is going to better than you would think having to replace 9 guys. they are more athletic, they are faster and they are deeper than last years D.

The offense is going to be damn near unstoppable in college football.

With an offense like they will have you do not have to have a great Defense, you just have to have one thats good enough. OSU's defense will be good enough, in fact they will be a little bit better than good enough.

They have shown it in the spring game, they have shown it in the open practice tonight, they will show it in scrimmages.

They are everywhere on that field.

Please keep discrediting them before you have even seen them play. I have seen them. It is far better than anything BG is going to put on the defensive side of the ball. That is for sure.

too bad that doesn't matters once the season starts and there is actually another field on the team

It does matter, they will not face another offense all year as potent as the one they have to face every day in practice. It will matter, it will matter a lot. It will mater more than you think. If it didnt matter they would not have those games. If it didnt matter, it wouldnt factor into peoples reviews, scouting reports, rankings etc.
