Wow! thats news to me. I have been told it was a partial tear of the MCL. So I don't know. I have not heard the results of the MRI. I hope they are speaking from knowledge learned from the MRI and not just talking. I will see what I can find out. Gee, She scooped the kids father, thats good reporting I guess.

I hope everything's on the up and up with this. it definitely seems strange to have such a contrast of the news about Corey.

Get it together, slacker. :-D

The results of the MRI must have, indeed, been positive.

I wouldn't want him to rush back into the line-up, however.

Also I really hope that Zach Charles is a "mini Charles Sharon" as GB described him!

Zach Charles is indeed a mini charles sharon. Everything he does reminds me of Sharon. The way he dives and runs his routes are identical to sharon. The only difference being he is shorter.

Spart,
I didn't want to mention anything until more info came out on Corey's injury, but MAAAAAANY years ago (approx. 15 or so) I sprained my MCL while on a camping trip.... at an obviously much older age than Corey.... When we returned from the trip and me obviously somewhat hobbled. I went thru physical therapy for approx. 4 weeks, 3 times a week. When therapy was finished my left knee was stronger than my right (good?) knee. So, I guess what I'm saying is if a then 50+ yr. old man can recover with therapy in 4 wks or so, a 20 + should be good for less than that.... I wish him well!

That is probably correct, even his mother gets everything before I do. I talked briefly with Corey and he doesn't know any results yet. I hope this is right. It would certainly help my spirits. I am sure being young and in excellent physical condition will help him heal much faster than most of us.

Zach is very good, I have heard Corey mention him several times.

Positive as in encouraging or positive as in 'yes we found a tear'? :-D
