Good night for BG players in the NFL

Post by BGSU33 »

Pope, Jacobs and Sharon all with some big plays and nice games in preseason games tonight.......to think we had these three and a lot of others in Orange and Brown last year and we only went 6-5 is still mind-boggling to me.
GO BG!!!

Shaun's only kick-off went 7 yards deep in the end zone for a touch back.

Whoa...he never kicked it that deep when he was here...unless the wind was at his back.

Good to see Omar put up an Omar like stat line...high completion %, decent yds per completion no int's and he engineered the scoring drive.

I think PJ has a real shot to make the Bears. I thought he was the most "NFL ready" guy on our team the last few years.

Saturday is the final cut down date.

On another post: Omar wasn't hurt half the year, though PJ was. But Sharon was healthy, and we had Steve Sanders. That team had too much talent to be 6-5.
