Anyway, I got the chance to meet Greg Christopher, our new AD, who basically verified what is stated in another thread re: the "crowd" situation; They've sold 25K + tickets so far and are anticipating 30 to 35K total based upon walkup sales...but the weather could play a very big part in this IMO, as Ernesto has decided to bless us with some precip. early on, through tailgate time...this could hold down the walkup crowd, which obviously would be better if it were dry all day, even if it rained during the game.
Bob Sebo, Scott Seiliger and former Director of Admissions John Martin were others I had a chance to talk with, along with Karl Anderson, a classmate who was a tackle on our late 50's/early 60's teams...Bob Sebo gave an update on the Sebo Center, which would seem to indicate a completion date closer to March, 07, rather than the Feb. dates originally mentioned.
Finally, and this is for Mike (Freak)....you don't have to pay for media guides this year...all you need to do is answer such difficult trivia questions as, " which BG QB has the school record for most yardage throwing?" Of course, if you were the 1st to come up with the answer, you got a free media guide....eat your heart out, Michael!
