"Home" Opener Number 2! Be there. No Excuses Plea

I had a blast in Cleveland. As posted elsewhere, great game atmosphere, Browns folks were wonderful, student section looked raucous, our band was on a high note (!), dance team was in midseason form (!!), cheerleaders got crowd involved and our school mascots..... hey Bucky the Badger was just outclassed.
Alumni Affairs events were well attended. Student leaders performed Ay Ziggy Zoomba pregame for the alums- totally off key- and totally fun to see the students giving it the Falcon Try.
Wisky fans seemed to have enjoy themselves too and really spent some money in Cleveland along with the Falcon Faithful. Good for everybody.
Yep, I agree- the punt formation seems to..........not work. Other than that, super effort by our team and coaches. Eight true freshmen, 10 redshirt freshmen in action bodes well for the future.
But the future is NOW. We need to get everybody to the Doyt for 3 PM 9/9 Buffalo game. Here is a list of things that can (and have been) easily be posted, but, in the end, don't mean much to me:
1. Weather might be bad. Get over it.
2. Black Swamp Fest is on. Yep, and I will be there at 8 PM Saturday night following the game and postgame celebration.
3. Buffalo isn't very good. So what? Our coaches don't set the schedule. Shoot our AD doesn't even set the conference schedule. We play who's next. Buffalo's next, it's at home, everybody go.
4. Our home schedule is bad. We can do nothing about it. See above. What we need to do is win the four home games and see if we can get this team to a bowl game. I can't for the life of me understand how, if you are an actual Falcon fan of nearly any level, you just don't show up and have fun.
Ticket prices sure are reasonable IMO. It's college football for gosh sakes.
I will be there Saturday making some serious noise and I don't want to start reading about NCAA attendance issues. Let's put that to bed by just showing up and cheering like we were playing............Wisconsin.
Go Falcons!
