I saw that too. I think they are going to be about right on that! I would lay off this game, especially with the ? marks on the QB and style of offense we are going to run!

I agree.. 21 points for basically an unproven offense is way to many for a gambling man.. I'm not saying that our offense can't put up those kind of points by any means.. so don't go crazy on me for the use of the word "unproven."
I'm just saying, we've played one game and have a big ? at QB.. so the offense that will play Saturday is basically unproven

Yup, definitely not worth risking a bet on. Especially if we are going to run 3 times more than we pass and play ball control.

Point spread sounds about right.

not sure what I'll do...what was the actual margin last year, at Buffalo, in conditions that hurt a passing offense, wasn't it 20? something around that? If I put any money on it, I'm definately taking BG and the over.

UB scored a whole three points in regulation against a team by the name of Temple last weekend, so keeping them at or under one score shouldn't be too unrealistic. At first this line sounded like it was a bit much, but the more I think about it, the more I think we'll cover the spread. If we scored two TD's vs Wiscy, why not 4+ against UB?

Don't forget we scored 40 some points against Wisky last year then only scored like 21 agains tUB later that season.

The only way we cover the spread is if we hold Buffalo out of the end zone, and that doesn't seem like much of a task to me. They needed overtime to get into the end zone against Temple. TEMPLE!!! With our defense, I don't think a shutout is unrealistic.

BG's reputation and change in offensive philosophy is going to cause us to probably go 4-8 ATS this year. I'm not picking a team as young and inconsistent on offense as this one to cover anything over 14 points until Turner shows to be a solid QB. We might win by 40, but I'm sure as hell not betting on it.
