$7.95 for the whole game, live? Thats not too terrible. To get the BG-Wisconsin game on the Dish here, it was going to cost me $21. Thanks for posting this Grant, it might be a good plan.

Very cool that I'll get to watch as I was prepared to pay on bgsufalcons.com for the radio feed.
The conference will get my money instead of the u I guess.

This sounds like a great deal, but I can't get the sample to work. Is anyone else having trouble with this?

The "contact us" link on their site works though....

Are all the games available...like FIU and Temple.
Also, I hope it is MAC compatible. The BGSU radio feed is not.

The implications for this are profound.
It is not unreasonable to expect that all earthly citizens should have a god given right to ubiquitous wireline or wireless broadband access, so this means that whether we are at a wedding, on honeymoon, at a romantic dinner with our loved ones, at a bar with our friends, at our in-laws, on vacation, overseas, or indeed, anywhere where those intimate moments could only be improved by sharing a BGSU ball game, now we can. How giving is that?
I am lost for words. Tears in my eyes. Long live IP.

I think they'll stream all the games that aren't aired on another network, such as ESPNU, ESPN2, Fox regional, that kind of thing.
That, I believe, was the substance of remarks from Chryst earlier this year. Every MAC game will be televised somehow, even if it's only a Web stream.
I wonder who will do play-by-play and all that.
As an aside: This SURE beats that old service from 15 years ago, where they would stream the radio play-by-play to your phone for 99 cents a minute or something ridiculous like that.

SF,
Mrs. Freak was not very happy about that plan.

It was called "Teamline" and it was better than nothing. But sitting there with the phone up to my ear for a couple hours was not fun.
O & B,
Those are the 2 games I'd be interested in...FIU and Temple. CMU is on ESPN U and I get that on my dish. Every other game, I'm there.
GO FALCONS!!! 3 more days til Game 2!!

Did anyone get this to work...
Here is what my comp said
"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the specified protocol is not supported. If you typed a URL in the Open URL dialog box, try using a different transport protocol (for example, "
http:" or "rtsp:")."

If you go to the "Sign Up Now" part and click on the radio button for the BG game, a link appears at the bottom that says "View Sample Live Video Feed". This link works.
GO FALCONS!

On an unrelated note I heard on the preview show that Josh Harris will be color commentator on BCSN. Nice to see him still a part of the University.
