Didn't we have a few kids come in as a QB then switched to WR? How does Turner look for the fall? Prop 48?

Cole Magner fits that definition.Mflew wrote:Didn't we have a few kids come in as a QB then switched to WR? How does Turner look for the fall? Prop 48?
I think we have a QB from Illinois who is not on our depth chart as QB. Forget the name off hand. Miles, or something?

QB-to...WR?
The highly touted QB from Illinois you are probably refering to is Benjy Kennedy of Morris, IL. He came in with incredible numbers as an option/west coast QB running a similar scheme that we do. As I recall he his senior year he rushed for over 1,000 yards and threw for 900. . .I think know he will have a go at WR or DB. . . .

Re: Did Turner qualify?
without knowing for sure, I'd say the fact that he was eligible for the Big 33 game says that he'd be eligible for BG, I'm sure prop 48 has some extra qualifications to it, especially compared to an all-star game, but I'd think that if a player was bad enough grade-wise to go prop 48, they likely wouldn't let him suit up for an all-star game. But I could be wrong.Mflew wrote:or is he a prop 48?
you really seem to be searching high or low for a prop 48 casualty lately... and here I thought Option was a pessimist!!!
