Looking good. My belief is that the weather forecast is always 2 days off of what will really occur. Meaning it will be Partly cloudy, high of 66 with only a 20% chance of rain. Perfect tailgating weather.

Well let's hope then, because it said like 30% chance of rain for the UB game the day before and we all know what happened that day. Bad storms, lots of rain and two stadium evacuations.
GO BG!!!

Based on my very "scientific" observations of BG's performances at the GMAC bowl, last year's game in Oxford, and the like.... I hope we have rainstorms next Saturday that rival the Flood!

Actually steady down pour starting on Friday and especially Saturday morning will actually ensure the attendence of at least 2 of us.

No little league B-Ball Saturday afternoon....come on RAIN!!!

LOL!!!

The Freaks will be making a late arrival (around 11:30-12) and a quick exit as soon as the game is over. I sure hope we get some sunshine this Saturday. I'll be able to use that parking pass for the south lawn this weekend.

No tailgating for me either. I'm HOPING like hell I can at least get out of work to get to the game, even if it means coming back into work.

Mike,
Hope you realize that you still have to PAY for parking despite the "pass"....I sure didn't realize it until they collected from me.

Per a previous post...we are 7th in the Nation in running...245 yards per game I think. I don't think the rain will bother our team very much.

On a second thought...with Ohio playing an OOC game this weekend...We are playing Kent for sole possesion of first place. I never thought that I would be mentioning Kent State and "sole possession of first place" in the same sentence.

Go Falcons!!

It's getting closer to kick-off and the forecast for rain and showers remains. I don't mind sitting in the rain, I hate driving through the rain though. Needless to say, griling in the rain can take a certain mindset I won't be able to attain due to circumstances beyond my control.

That being said, I hope a lot of folks show up Sat. rain or shine. This is a big game against a confident team. It should be a good one.

Tell Mother Nature where to stick her showers!!

Go BG!

Yeah, I found that out too! That bright orange pass is to allow you to park closer, but gives you NO discount! Read the fine print at the bottom of it!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."
