How's the away support looking for this weekend? I'm likely to go, wondering if anyone is doing any tailgating?

Sweet. Does anyone know enough about OU to offer a suggestion as to where to meet up? Is there a section that I should be looking to get into as far as tickets go?

I'll definately be there with my family and a few of my fellow fmb-ers. I know nothing about that area so any info on where some good tailgating is gonna be happening please let us all know!

BTW Falcon Fanatic, are you gonna be going? My girlfriend keeps asking me when we're all gonna hang out again.

When I was there a couple of years ago we parked in a lot next to their convo. center which is right across the street from Peden along the river. I think parking was like $5 or something, but it was a pretty good tailgate spot. I'm sure there are better places that people who have been there more than once know of, but that would be my advice.

We should try and coordinate a spot to meet up before the game.

There's a parking map on the OU website but it keeps crashing. Anyone else want to have a shot at trying to post the map? Thanks.

Even as po'ed as I've been the last 2 days, I could never turn my back on the kids that put on the Falcon uniform. Josh, Jake and I will be there for sure. I don't know if Mrs. Freak is gonna want to make the trip.

I'll have the grill and cooler. Anyone going, we should try the lot right by the river...nice setting.

GO FALCONS!

Can't make it due to a wedding. I am still debating the CMU and Temple games, but I'll be at the rest of them. This is no time to quit on this team.

For those that are going, get behind these guys from the beginning. They need some support from us right now. This game could cause our season to go really south or vault us right back into MAC East contention. Kent State will NOT roll through this league with 1 loss or less. If we start playing like we're capable, we are not out of this race.

i should go, but I'm gonna check out that highly anticipated ACC matchup between Duke and UVA...o/u on attendance for that one is set a 10K, ou on the game is 6 (actually 36, so take that, lock of the year, both offenses are horrbile, it will be a 6-3 type game)

Couldn't agree more. That's why I'm going.

So it looks like there's one lot out by the river, is that the one that we're going to shoot for? Just park closest the river?

I am traveling down also. Taking 3 others with me. Peden is a very nice stadium. I know were going to pull this one out, and get back in the race.
