Why not Saturday?

It has to start somewhere. Why not Saturday? I'm talking about an unbeaten streak at The Doyt. Our last outing at home was humiliating, but two solid performances on the road (Ohio & Ohio State) seemed to have built the confidence of this young team.
So why not Saturday? Why can't the Eastern Michigan game represent the first of many consecutive victories at The Doyt?
My research shows these home unbeaten streaks:
1989-1994: 21
1983-1986: 16
1946-1949: 14
2001-2003: 13*
1928-1931: 12
1955-1957: 12
1958-1960: 11
* The streak ended with a loss to Miami in the MACC game. If you only count "regular season" games, that streak would have reached 20 games.
It can all start Saturday.
