Division tie-breakers?

Just curious...

Is the first tie-breaker for division champion (and subsequent MACC game birth) head to head matchup? For example, if Kent finishes with one loss in MAC play as does BGSU, would Kent automatically get the MACC game? Or do other tie-breakers come in to play?

Which makes me wonder what game Kent could lose the rest of they way?

If it's a two-way tie, then yes, head to head is the tie-breaker. As we saw last year, a 3-way tie is a whole lot more convoluted, and with the way the MAC is headed this year, it's almost too early to take guesses at that (although there are some threads here that have started keeping track.)
