No, not me. 1 person at ESPN.com has predicted BG vs Southern Miss at the GMAC bowl. Interesting.

That would work for us this year! I get 20 days off with pay starting Jan 1st.

Here is the schedule:
GMAC 12/20
Birmingham 12/23 By the way its supposed to have Big East vs CUSA
(see other thread on Bowls.) I didn't think MAC had 4
Motor City 12/26
International 1/6/07
Freak,
Birmingham and International are on saturday's and International can be driven to same day. B'ham although could be a logistical mess so close to Xmas.

First: let me say I'm happy to see us get another bowl. However, the International bowl will be an absoulte flop for attendance when the "Passport" requirement begins next year.

The GMAC bowl has been moved to 1/7/07 (Sunday Night) as well.

I had BG in a BCS bowl until Barnes was removed from the starting QB job.

If you have it on authority that the GMAC is 1/7 (I'm too lazy to look it up right now) then I stand corrected.
Passport requirement starts 1/2007 ???? I have one, but if its a requirement for everyone (including kids) then we'd be looking at 6 week turnaround for them and that would be extremely tight based on end of season and game day.
Lord willing of course!

I still see no reason why we don't just invade Canada and annex them into the US. That would eliminate the need for passports, teach them what REAL bacon is really like, and they could buy cars for their cops

The passport requirement starting after the first of the year is for those arriving in Canada via air. Passports for people arriving by land or sea won't be required until January 2008 at the earliest. A passport card that is smaller and less costly is in the works for people traveling only to Canada or Mexico.
