I hope he makes it there...with Joey Harrington at QB and Dante Cullpepper not 100%, he could have a chance

We'll have to see what happens in Pittsburgh with Roethlisberger's injury. I'm guessing they bring back St. Pierre again. But I think it will speak volumes if Ben is out for a week or two and they still do not give Omar a call.

I think the Steelers have already made it pretty clear where they stand.

This one always bothers me for some reason, a pet peeve of mine I guess. The Steelers
re-signed St. Pierre. The hyphen makes a world of difference in this case. However with that said, you could make the case that the Steelers were resigned to re-signing St. Pierre.

I was at BW's down here on Sunday, and I happened to sit next to a scout for the Steelers. I asked him about Omar, and he said that he believed that Omar should be on someones practice squad. You could really see that he meant it. I trust that he will get another chance somewhere. He also said that the big thing with Omar is his challenge of getting the playbook.

From the Palm Beach Post:
Jacobs said Tuesday that the Dolphins were impressed with his workout but were not yet ready to add a quarterback. Jacobs has a workout scheduled Monday with the New York Giants.
