Who is making the trip this weekend. They brought a lot of fans with them last year and I believe we owe it to them to fill the rubber bowl with a sea of ORANGE! I'll be there, being from Cuyahoga Falls I can't resist the chance to go home AND catch the game all in the same weekend. Light the grills and roll out the barrel!!!

I'll be there.
AJ - check with Freak. He posted that he has a bunch of freebies through his wife's work. Not sure if he has any left.

I will be at Akron next weekend. If nothing else it will give me a chance to visit with good friends and support BG - ideally supporting them en route to a much needed victory.

Let's all try and get together at the same location for tailgating this time! Rather than it being like it was in Athens where just a few people were sparsely dotted around campus, let's all find a good spot and radiate an orange beacon of joy from that location. Show Krakron how real fans get it done.

I'm from Strongsville myself, can't wait to head to Akron and see us hopefully kick some Zippy butt. Going home AND catching a game in the same weekend is cool enough for me anytime!

You know the Freaks will be there...that's a 10 min drive for us. Remember, post game victory party at the Freak's nest after the game. If you want directions, I'll have them at the game.
Just bring what you want grilled and your beverages and we'll do the rest. For those that have never seen the Falcon Nest Sports Room, I don't charge admission. LOL!
AJ,
I have approximately 8 tickets left. Let me know how many you need.
GO FALCONS!!!! KICK AKRON'S ASS!!

Niz and everyone else,
Best place to TG is right down by Derby Downs...right along the airport and hangar. It's pretty easy to find.

Wadsworth will be representing!!
I've had this date circled (even though it's the wife's b-day) since they stole our division championship and Bowl Game from last year (3rd tie breaker my ass).

Here are the directions to the Rubber Bowl, and the nearest details I can give to where the best Tailgate and place to meet up is:
Route 224 East (go past Kelly ave exit.)
Turn Left on George Washington Blvd.
Turn Left on Springfield Lake Blvd.
Then quick right on Derby Downs.
There is a map for the Rubber Bowl on the Univ of Akron site. We should meet in the "general Parking" section which is West/Northwest of the stadium in plain site of the airport runways...unless some of you are U Of A donors

I don't know if any of you have ever tried the buffalo wings from a local bar/grille called ON TAP, but they are the best there are. I may have to grab a bucket and bring it along with us!
