This time I drank too much of the Orange Kool-Aid

If nothing else, I thought that I would inject some humorous data at this time.

Here's why Bowling Green will win their final 3 games...

BGSU at Akron
- BGSU beat EMU
- EMU beat Toledo
- Toledo beat Akron
Therefore we should beat Akron

BGSU vs Miami (Ohio)
- BGSU beat EMU
- EMU beat Toledo
- Toledo beat Akron
- Akron beat Miami (Ohio)
So we'll beat Miami

BGSU at Toledo
- BGSU beat EMU
- EMU beat Toledo
Another victory.

Now here's why we'll win the MAC East.

Ohio Bobcats go 0-3 over their last 3
***********************************************
OU at Eastern Michigan
- EMU beat Toledo
- Toledo beat Akron
- Akron beat Miami (Ohio)
- Miami (Ohio) beat Buffalo
- Buffalo beat Temple
- Temple beat BGSU
- BGSU beat OU
EMU beats Ohio

OU vs Akron
- Akron beat Miami (Ohio)
- Miami (Ohio) beat Buffalo
- Buffalo beat Temple
- Temple beat BGSU
- BGSU beat OU
Akron beats Ohio

OU at Miami (Ohio)
- Miami (Ohio) beat Buffalo
- Buffalo beat Temple
- Temple beat BGSU
- BGSU beat OU
Therefore Miami (Ohio) could beat OU
~ It's a stretch, but there's nothings impossible :-)

Kent St. goes 0-3 over their last 3 MAC games
*******************************************************
Kent St at Buffalo
- Buffalo beat Temple
- Temple beat BGSU
- BGSU beat Ohio
- Ohio beat Kent St.
Buffalo obviously beats Kent St here :-)

Kent St vs Eastern Michigan
- EMU beat Toledo
- Toledo beat Akron
- Akron beat Miami (Ohio)
- Miami (Ohio) beat Buffalo
- Buffalo beat Temple
- Temple beat BGSU
- BGSU beat Ohio
- Ohio beat Kent State.
Once again...Kent State takes a loss

Kent St at Ball State
- Ball State beat EMU
- EMU beat Toledo
- Toledo beat Akron
- Akron beat Miami (Ohio)
- Miami (Ohio) beat Buffalo
- Buffalo beat Temple
- Temple beat BGSU
- BGSU beat Ohio
- Ohio beat Kent State.
And there it is.

BG Wins the MAC East

You missed the part where Kent beat BG, BG beat OU, so Kent should have beat OU :-D

I still like the way you put it together!

We all know stranger things have happened...no reason for our team to give up yet.

If (big if) we can win out, I think our chances of at least a tie are reasonable. I think a very likely scenario is a 3-way tie with OU, Kent, and BG. I think we would end up the same tiebreaker as last year - west division opponent's records. BG, Kent, and OU each play(ed) Eastern (I think), so we're even there. I think our best chance is the following:

BG wins out.
Someone, anyone beat Kent and OU.
Central and Toledo win out (except BG over Toledo).

Also, I think it would help if WMU and NIU (OU's west division opponents) fell on their faces.

Good Kool-aid. Lets roll the Roos!

Ok....I'm officially tired of hearing about the temple game.

It sucks that we lost, but it has no bearing on our chances in the MAC and it carries no more meaning as a gauge of our future chances than the win at Ohio did.

We have three games to play and we can win them all . That's what I'm focused on.

Good to know all the people on this board will be focusing on the next three games...It will come in very handy when Brandon uses his "Phone a Friend" life-line during the games.

I'm with Flipper. Today was MUCH better. Now I wanna see us kick Akron's ass.
