Tie-breakers?

Post by FormerFreddie »

Anybody know the tie-breakers for the MAC in determining division champions?

From what I remember, head-to-head is the first tie-breaker. NIU currently has that on BG. Suppose BG, NIU and UT win out the rest of their games, save for the following scenario: Toledo beats NIU and BG beats Toledo, then each would sitting with one MAC loss and the tie-breakers don't seem to work.

I can't answer this again.....it's been asked about and talked about and posted here about 20 times in some other threads on this site so I am sure you can find it again. I'd dig it up, but basically, our best bet is, BG needs to win out and needs NIU to lose twice. :?
