Guy T. Williamson, 20, arrested for urinating in public near a North Main Street bar.
He has PJ Pope syndrome.......fear of public restrooms.

I got caught peeing on the side of the armory when I was 26. I wasn't cited because I wasn't a student.
Really...the cop said "if you were a student I would cite you " I guess student pee is more harmful to the buildings or something...
